  We needed an emergency plumber late one evening after discovering a leak in our kitchen. Drain Doctor were friendly and helpful on the phone and arrived in good time. Ian was friendly and very knowledgeable and explained the issue and the resolution to us. He obtained the parts he needed and fixed the issue and ensured that everything was water tight before leaving. Thanks Ian!

  Our Airbnb toilet was blocked so we called Drain Doctor Plumbing and I spoke to Neil who organised someone to come out to fix it. Within 2 hours of calling Lee came and was super helpful, sorted the blockage within 20 mins. Really great service and would definitely recommend - especially for holiday let’s and emergency blockages!! Thank you for such an efficient service, saved us a lot of stress!!
